Village Fitness Seattle
Owner and head coach, Chris Cuffee, has been personal and group training in Seattle for over a decade. With a passion for safe, fun, functional, and effective workouts, Chris has developed Village Fitness to embody those values. On top of that, Chris and Village Fitness share the belief that we are stronger together than we are alone. Whether clients are doing 1-on-1 personal training or are part of our small group training, they are part of our community and that gives them the power and support to challenge themselves to become the best version of themselves possible. Chris also believes that progress is happiness, and loves helping our clients become healthier and happier through progress toward their fitness goals. Chris is never without a fitness goal for himself, and enjoys participating in HIIT training workouts and training for and competing in obstacle course races like Spartan and Tough Mudder, 5k’s, 10k’s, half and full marathons, even ultramarathons.
